Mary Jo is one of our favorite lenders and we have worked with here at The Mullican Group on many deals. With 13 years of experience as a loan officer, Mary Jo joined PRMI in 2014. Her keen eye for detail and consistent communication gives her customers confidence during the process of financing their home. MJ believes it’s important for clients to understand the process, what to expect and to be informed along the way. This has helped her build a strong referral base of real estate professionals and past clients. A mother of four, and Baltimore native, MJ has lived in the Homeland neighborhood for 20 years.
Christopher W. Keelty is an attorney and licensed Maryland Title Insurance Producer. A graduate of Calvert Hall College High School, Chris received his B.S. in Business/Finance and Spanish from Mount Saint Mary’s University, and J.D. from Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law. Chris has served as the law clerk to the Honorable James T. Smith, Jr., Circuit Court for Baltimore County, MD, and the Honorable J. Norris Byrnes, Circuit Court for Baltimore County, MD. In addition to Chris’s experience handling title and real estate transactions, Chris has extensive experience facilitating large commercial transactions.
Liz Sweeney, Key Transaction Management
A New Jersey native, Liz came to Baltimore by way of Loyola University from which she graduated in 2005. Liz has over ten years of high level executive administrative experience. In 2015, Liz started her own business, Key Transaction Management, which works exclusively with Cummings and Co. agents and specializes in the contract to close process during a real estate transaction. She handles the paperwork and contract details, freeing up time for agents so they can focus on moving their business forward. Her main strengths are superior customer service and attention to detail which create a seamless experience for agents and clients.

Amy is the Transaction Coordinator and point of contact between our team of Realtors and our Clients once a property is Under Contract.
Amy Lindsey handles the process of getting a real estate contract to closing smoothly. Her responsibilities include tracking contractual deadlines, communicating with clients, Realtors, lenders, title companies and vendors, bidding & coordinating repairs, and scheduling appraisals and inspections.
